    Question

I'm going to the track this Sat. to see how I'll do in the 1/4 with this new set up. I haven't gotten a chance to tune it on a dyno and was wondering what should I set my FP levels at to be on the conservative side? How about the the J&S??

My current FP settings are ~36/~42/~75. J&S MAP limiter is set at about 2.85v with the MAP sensor signal sending 2.82v.

    Fuel set up:

    8psi crank pulley
    stock injectors (240cc)
Walbro GSS-250 (high flow fuel pump)
    B&M FPR
    Cartech 2025i FMU (with restrictor)
    J&S ultra w/MAP limiter
    SOHC non-vtec

    Thanks

I don't know what effect the J&S map limiter settings do to the fuel but 75 PSI max FP sounds REALLY LOW for 8 PSI on stock injectors! Are you getting any detonation now?

I don't seem to be getting any detonation. My J&S o2 meter seems to be reading rich but I'm concerned that the fuel pump might not be able to handle higher pressures. According to the chart what is the max pressure I can apply with a GSS-250? I'm not too sure if the GSS-250 high flow would be able to handle higher pressures than a regular GSS-250.

    Wink

The GSS-250 HP runs out at about 110-113 psi in a properly functioning Honda/Acura.

So I should be ok if I upped my WOT FP to about 80psi with stock injectors?? Or should I go higher to be on the safe side?
